At Global Agri Exports, we take pride in offering dependable logistics and premium agricultural products to customers around the world.
Our return and refund policy is intended to guarantee openness, equity, and trust in all large purchases, whether they are made domestically or abroad.
📦 Overview:
Due to the nature of bulk agricultural trade, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We strive to maintain fair, efficient, and professional resolutions for any issues arising from shipment errors, product quality discrepancies, or order inconsistencies.
📦 Our Promise:
Every return and claim is handled after a thorough evaluation of the supporting documents.
Only when problems are confirmed and validated are refunds or replacements provided.
Throughout the resolution process, we remain transparent.
Once authorized, refunds are given using the original payment method.
📦 Conditions for Eligible Returns:
Returns or replacements may be accepted under the following conditions:
Product received is significantly different from the confirmed order specification.
Products arrive damaged due to improper handling or packaging.
Shipment delays caused by supplier error (not shipping carrier or customs).
All return requests must include photographic or video evidence of the issue within the specified timeframe.
🕒 Return & Claim Timeframe:
Returns or replacements may be accepted under the following conditions:
Orders placed domestically will be delivered within five business days of confirmation.
10 business days after delivery confirmation for overseas orders.
Unless otherwise specified in the contract, claims made after these times might not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
📑 Necessary Documentation:
Please supply the following information in order to conduct a return or refund request:
Reference number for the purchase and invoice.
Clean images and videos of the items that were received.
A thorough description of the problem.
Delivery receipt or bill of lading-Any pertinent reports from quality inspections, if any
💲 How to Refund:
The same payment method used for the initial transaction is used to handle approved refunds. Depending on the financial institution and currency used, refunds usually take 7–14 business days to appear.
🔸 Letter of Credit Adjustment (for L/C clients).
🔸 Escrow Release (for secured payments).
🔸 Bank Wire Transfer (SWIFT/TT)
Refund amounts may not include shipping, handling, or inspection costs, if applicable.
🚚 Responsibility for Return Shipping:
The buyer must work with Agro Bulk Market to arrange for appropriate packaging, pickup, and customs clearance for authorized returns. Based on a verified claim assessment, the liable party often shares or covers the cost of return shipment.
🔍 Inspection & Quality Verification:
All returned goods undergo inspection upon arrival at our warehouse or designated inspection point. Refunds or replacements are only approved once quality assessment confirms the claim validity.
We also work with certified independent inspection agencies (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) when required for international verification.
❌ Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Change of mind after shipment has been dispatched.
Delays caused by customs clearance or local import regulations.
Improper product storage or handling by the buyer.
Orders under promotional or discounted terms (non-refundable items).
